Billing & Plan

The Billing page provides a centralized location to manage your subscription plan and monitor your resource usage for the current billing cycle.

Current Plan

This section displays your current subscription plan (e.g., Free, Pro, Business). From here, you can:

• Upgrade your plan if you are on the Free tier.
• View and compare all available pricing plans.
• Access the Stripe customer portal to manage your payment methods, view invoices, or cancel your subscription by clicking "Manage Subscription".

Usage This Cycle

This area shows your consumption of key resources relative to your plan's limits. Usage resets at the beginning of each billing cycle.

• AI Replies Used: The number of messages the AI has sent in response to users.
• Chatbots Created: The number of chatbots you currently have in your account.
• Knowledge Base: The total storage size of all trained data across all your chatbots.
