Key Metrics
At the top of the dashboard, you'll find several key statistics:
- Total Conversations: The all-time number of separate chat sessions initiated by users.
- Messages This Month: The total count of messages (both user and AI) exchanged in the current billing cycle.
- Positive Sentiment: A percentage calculated from user feedback (
like
vs.dislike
ratings) on the chatbot's recent answers. This is a crucial indicator of your chatbot's helpfulness. - Avg. Response Time: The average time it takes for the AI to generate and start streaming a response, measured in seconds.
Usage Chart
This chart visualizes the number of messages sent over the last 7 or 30 days, helping you identify trends and peak activity times.
Recent Conversations & Top Questions
These sections provide qualitative insights:
- Recent Conversations: A live feed of the latest interactions. Clicking on one will take you to the full conversation log.
- Top Questions: Our AI groups similar user questions into topics and ranks them by frequency. This is invaluable for identifying gaps in your knowledge base or areas where users frequently need help.
