Customization

This page allows you to tailor the appearance and behavior of your chatbot widget to perfectly match your brand and website design. All changes are reflected in the live preview on the right side of the screen.

Appearance Tab

• Chatbot Name & Subtitle: The text that appears in the header of the chat window.
• Chatbot Avatar: Upload a custom image (like your company logo) to be used as the chatbot's avatar.
• Primary Color: This color is used for the header, user messages, and the chat bubble.
• Theme: Choose between a light or dark theme for the chat window.
• Display Mode: Select Bubble for a floating action button or Bar for a button embedded at the bottom of the screen.

Behavior Tab

• Welcome Message: The first message the chatbot sends when a user opens the chat. Use it to greet users and guide them.
• Suggested Questions: A list of pre-defined questions that appear when the chat is first opened, helping to guide users toward common topics.
