Integrations

The Integrations page allows you to connect your chatbot to third-party services, unlocking powerful new capabilities and superpowers. Each chatbot has its own set of integrations, allowing you to connect different accounts to different chatbots.

You can find the Integrations page by navigating to a specific chatbot's Settings page.

Google Calendar

Connecting a Google Calendar account is a prerequisite for using the "Google Calendar Booking" superpower.

  • Connection: Click the "Connect" button to begin the authentication process with Google. You will be asked to sign in to your Google account and grant the necessary permissions for the chatbot to view your calendar availability and create events on your behalf.
  • Permissions Required: We require permission to read your calendar's free/busy status and to create new events. We do not store or view the details of your existing events.
  • Status: Once connected, the status will update to "Connected," and you will be able to add the Calendar Booking superpower to your chatbot.

Each chatbot must be connected to a Google Calendar account individually. This allows you, for example, to have a "Sales Bot" connected to a sales team's calendar and a "Support Bot" connected to a support manager's calendar.
