Leads

The Leads page acts as a mini-CRM, providing a centralized place to view all the information captured through your chatbot's "Lead Collection" superpower. It's designed to give you a quick overview of the users who have expressed interest and provided their contact details.

Understanding the Leads Table

When you navigate to the Leads page for a specific chatbot, you will see a table with the following columns:

  • Collected At: The exact date and time when the user submitted their information.
  • Source Superpower: The name of the specific "Lead Collection" agent that captured the lead. This is useful if you have multiple lead forms for different purposes (e.g., "Sales Inquiries" vs. "Support Follow-up").
  • Dynamic Data Columns: The table will automatically create additional columns for each piece of information you configured the agent to collect, such as Name, Email, Phone, etc.

To start collecting leads, you must first configure and activate a "Lead Collection" superpower from the Superpowers page.

Filtering and Managing Leads

The Leads page provides several tools to help you organize and analyze your collected leads:

  • Source Filter: Filter leads by the specific superpower that collected them.
  • Date Range: Use the calendar picker to select a start and end date to view leads from specific time periods. The calendar prevents selecting invalid date ranges.
  • Sorting: Toggle between newest-first and oldest-first ordering.
  • Pagination: Adjust how many leads are displayed per page (10, 20, 50, or 100).
  • Export: Download your filtered leads as a CSV file for use in external tools or CRM systems.

The CSV export will include all leads that match your current filters, not just those visible on the current page.
